Torač Oil Mill
This family-owned olive mill and extra virgin olive oil brand preserves a six-generation tradition of the Milotić family, while its name symbolises the historic stone mill once used for olive processing. Its modern development began in 2021 with the purchase and modernisation of the olive mill in Žbandaj, which today features an advanced cold extraction system ensuring premium-quality processing within the shortest possible timeframe. Their oils are included in the prestigious Flos Olei guide, while the portfolio includes award-winning monovarietal oils such as Bianchera (Istarska bjelica), Leccino, and the exclusive Superior (Buža Puntoža), as well as the multi-awarded Selection blend, proclaimed champion of the Istrian Olive Oil Exhibition. Visitors can witness the production process firsthand, enjoy guided tastings in the modern tasting room, or experience authentic moments within the family olive groves in Kadumi, Žbandaj, and Pršurići.
