Distillery Sempervivum
Distillery Sempervivum is an authentic family estate recognised for its premium production of rakija and liqueurs in the unique atmosphere of a stone tavern more than 150 years old. Their rich selection is based on traditional recipes and includes more than 20 different types of distillates, among them biska, medica, teranino, herbal rakija, walnut liqueur, and various fruit liqueurs such as blueberry and cherry. Alongside spirits, the family also cultivates indigenous grape varieties, primarily Istrian Malvasia and Teran, while producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Visitors are offered a complete gastronomic experience through guided tastings in an authentic Istrian setting, where premium drinks are paired with local homemade specialties, allowing Sempervivum to preserve the heritage and flavours of the Poreč region.
