Damjanić Wines in Fuškulin, near Poreč, represent one of the most exciting wine stories in Istria, spanning 13.5 hectares of privately owned vineyards. Their work is rooted in deep respect for a tradition established in 1911, which Ivan Damjanić successfully transformed into a modern brand recognised for precision and strong character. Alongside indigenous flagships such as Malvasia and Teran, the winery’s pride is Duranija, an almost forgotten native grape variety to which the family visionary restored new life and returned it to the Istrian wine map. In addition to premium, multi-award-winning wines, the family also produces extra virgin olive oil with the same dedication, completing an authentic story of the fruits of Istrian red soil.
