OPG Loris Bajkin from the village of Bajkini represents a new generation of Istrian olive growers. Their ecologically driven oils, such as the award-winning Buža and the Familia blend, have been ranked among the world’s best at prestigious competitions like NYIOOC and Leone d’Oro 2025. In a modern tasting room opened in 2024, guests can explore a rich selection of five olive varieties carrying top PDO and IQ quality certifications.
