The Rossi family has been involved in winemaking and distilling since 1885. They are recognized for uncompromising quality, reflected in their award-winning wines, as well as for their highly regarded distillery. Their range of spirits includes the innovative Nostromo Gin, traditional rakijas (Biska, Medica), and Šovran, a premium Istrian brandy. Guests can enjoy different levels of tasting experiences in an elegantly designed tasting room or on spacious terraces overlooking the Istrian hills.
