Theme parks and excursions

In Funtana is the famous Dinopark Funtana, the first Croatian theme park dedicated to dinosaurs, with shows, attractions and a whole adventure world that has been delighting families with children for years. Try crazy rides with dinosaurs or water enjoyment at the Aquacolors aqua park, the largest water park on this part of the Adriatic coast, with 13 different themed slides and a whole range of water attractions.

For the braver ones, there are aerial adventures at the Poreč Sport Airport and in the Sky Fox Adventure Park. If you are for a calmer type of fun, explore the diversities of the animal world in the unique Papago Park or visit the Aquarium & Terrarium Poreč, and the hidden charms of the underground world will be revealed to you by the impressive Baredine Cave. If you want to expand the search for experiences beyond the area of the Riviera, the possibilities are endless.

Besides the nearby Istrian towns and places, you can head on organized excursions to the Brijuni Islands or the Plitvice Lakes National Park, natural gems that should be seen at least once in a lifetime. The Poreč port offers a handful of options for boat excursions, such as a one-day trip to Venice, but also an excursion to the picturesque Lim Channel.
