Speleo adventure - Speleolit
Speleo adventure is intended for everyone who wants to experience a wonderful experience below the earth's surface. Become a speleologist for a day and with the light of lamps and speleological equipment descend into the world of stalactites and stalagmites.
It is intended for amateurs, meaning no prior speleological experience is required.
Participants must bring their own footwear – sports shoes or hiking boots.
Participants are provided with:
- necessary speleological equipment
- protective suit (the temperature in the cave is 10°C)
- protective helmet with a light
- protective gloves
- rubber boots
The Speleolit training ground is located within the Baredine Cave complex, a well-known natural monument and the first speleological site in Istria adapted for tourism.
Opening period:
January – December: by prior arrangement
The excursion lasts between 3.5 and 5 hours.
